Following the arrival of the drilling rig, rig-up activities are now in full swing, with the installation of major rig components and structural systems underway across the site.
For the Havnsø project, the conductor has been installed by driving, establishing the initial well foundation ahead of drilling operations.
The well is planned to reach a depth of just over 2,000 metres as part of the CCS exploration programme.
We try to consider as many aspects as possible. Therefore, the site has been designed with environmental protection as a key priority. The entire site functions as a nice, contained surface, preventing seepage and protecting groundwater resources.
All operations were thoroughly reviewed and assured during the recent DWOP and prespud sessions, drawing on the team’s extensive collective experience and ensuring alignment ahead of execution.
With rig-up advancing at pace, the project is moving steadily towards spud and the commencement of drilling operations.
